Scott Dickerson is an independent financial planner who started delivering financial services in 1997 to individuals, business owners and key executives. He combines experience, integrity and objectivity to help find sound solutions to his clients’ financial needs and desires.
Scott's specialties include qualified plans and associated compliance issues, personal financial planning and retirement distribution strategies. He works with individuals and businesses to develop strategies in estate planning, insurance and investment analysis, distribution planning and risk management.
By listening to a client’s concerns and objectives, Scott helps outline their goals in order to develop a comprehensive plan that takes into consideration their unique needs, wants, time frames and risk tolerances.
Scott and his wife Cindy have two boys, Payton and Will, and two dogs. He is an an active member of Hillside Christian Church and spends his free time golfing, hunting and enjoying his kids' sports.
Jeffrey Chado joined Navigation Financial Group in the summer of 2012 to focus primarily on financial planning and group retirement benefits. Previously he enjoyed a successful career as Managing Partner and Chief Operations Officer of a regional engineering and construction firm. He also has experience in the oil and gas industry and is active in real estate development and construction.
Jeffrey is a lifelong resident of the Amarillo area and a graduate of Tascosa High School. In addition to his undergraduate degrees, he has also obtained Master’s degrees in Finance and Economics, as well as his MBA from West Texas A&M University.
Jeffrey lives in Canyon, Texas, with his wife Sandy and their three kids, Sarah, Quinn and Erin. Outside of work, he enjoys family time, as well as gardening, hunting and fishing, in addition to most other outdoor activities.
Andy Holt has been helping individuals and business owners plan their financial futures since 2004. He guides people toward financial clarity by asking them to focus on their core values and to visualize what a meaningful retirement would encompass.
Andy believes by starting with the question “why?” there is meaning behind the numbers in a financial plan. Through this discovery process, he can tailor a comprehensive strategy to you help reach your aspirations.
A Canyon High School graduate, Andy later earned a B.A. from Texas Tech University where he was a 4-year letterman in the shot put/discus. Today, he continues his support of various athletic events for his kids and other aspiring athletes.
Andy lives in Canyon with his wife, Robyn, and their four children; Baylor, Campbell, Hudson and Hadley. He enjoys lifting weights, trying to play golf, shooting hoops and going to movies.
Tax control and wealth management sum up Mike’s professional focus for over four decades. With the
financial opportunity and corresponding uncertainty that the future presents, professional judgment
tempered by successful experience is the key asset Mike brings to the table.
Mike is married to Nancy. They have two daughters, four grandsons and two granddaughters. Nancy is
the Pastor of The First Presbyterian Church in Clarendon, TX. Both of their girls graduated from Texas
Tech – Caryn is a teacher. Caryn’s husband, Bobby, is a Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager at a
bank in Amarillo. Julie is also a teacher. Julie’s husband, Terry, is a business owner in Seminole, Texas.
Mike received the John Phillip Sousa band award his senior year at Pampa High School. He served as
President of the Pampa Rotary Club and is a Paul Harris Fellow. Other service work includes Elder and
Trustee, First Presbyterian Church; Board of Directors, Clarendon College – Pampa Center Foundation;
Board of Directors, Gray County Appraisal District; Campaign Chairman, Pampa United Way.
Cindy joined Navigation Financial Group in May of 2016 as Client Relationship Manager.
Cindy is an Amarillo native who graduated from Tascosa High School. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in General Studies from West Texas A&M University.
Cindy is excited to be a part of Navigation Financial Group. Her past experience includes a variety of different fields including: sales representative, business owner and educator.
Cindy and her husband, Scott, live in Amarillo with their two boys, Payton and Will. In Cindy’s free time she enjoys spending time with her family, playing golf and watching her sons play basketball and baseball. Cindy and her family attend Hillside Christian Church.
Sandy Chado joined Navigation Financial Group in September 2015 to assist with database management and marketing.
Sandy is a proud Panhandle native and graduate of Dalhart High School. She received an Associate Degree in 1991 from Amarillo College.
Sandy has a wealth of experience from years working in the medical field and with the State of Texas. She is excited to be a part of the Navigation team.
Sandy and her husband, Jeff, will be celebrating 25 years of marriage this July! They live in Canyon with their three children; Sarah, Quinn and Erin. In Sandy’s free time she enjoys spending time with family, gardening, and volunteering at CISD schools and church.
Samantha Burd joined Navigation Financial Group in December of 2015.
She is an Amarillo native who graduated from Amarillo High School and later received her Bachelor of Arts degree in 1998 from West Texas A&M University.
Samantha has experience in many different fields. She has worked as a case manager, educator, business owner, homemaker and now the financial world.
Samantha and her husband, Robbie, live in Amarillo with their two boys, Peyton and Braxton and a Boston Terrier named George. When she is not at work Samantha loves spending time with her family. She enjoys watching her boys play football, baseball, and all of their various activities. Samantha and her family attend Hillside Christian Church.

Patti Carpenter joined Navigation Financial Group in February 2016. She has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry working for Mike Ruff, CFP since January 1998. She is proud to offer quality customer service and assistance to all their clients. Patti has lived in Pampa since the age of 7 and attended Pampa High School. Patti and her husband, Steve, live in Pampa. They have two sons. Mark and wife Kaylee of Keller, TX, and Brenden and wife Adriana of Fairfield, CA. Mark and Kaylee have blessed them with two beautiful granddaughters, Claire and Ruby. In their free time, they enjoy playing with the grandbabies, traveling, camping, fishing and riding their UTV in the mountains.

Independent financial planner, M. Steven Seymour, started delivering financial services to businesses, individuals, business owners, and key executives while he was with Morgan Stanley in 2016. Currently, and as an independent Representative of Navigation Financial Group, Steven combines his experience, integrity and objectivity to help find sound solutions to his client’s financial needs and desires.
Steven has always been very intrigued with the market and the economics that surrounds our everyday lives. He grew up in Calhan, Colorado and then enlisted into the United States Marine Corps upon graduating high School. It was in the Marine Corps that he had the opportunity to travel the world and serve his country. After his honorable discharge in 2004, he attended West Texas A&M and worked in the cattle feeding industry, prior to beginning his career in the financial services industry.
He believes that identifying financial solutions begins with a solid understanding of each client’s situation, goals, and objectives. His team follows a disciplined process that enables his team to work with you to craft a strategy that helps you meet your individual financial needs.
Steven balances work and time with his family. He is married to Leah and has one son Haygen. He is also an active member of Hillside Christian Church.
